Executive Chef Jennifer Mullen has more than 20 years as a personal chef and caterer, she creates delicious and convenient meals using high-quality and local ingredients. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in nutrition therapy, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge about food and the nutrients that fuel your body.

Together they explore the chemistry behind our fight or flight mechanisms and how our body and mind responds to stress. It’s bound to be a night of interesting conversation, delicious food, and communal inspiration!
